LECTORINFABULA is an european cultural festival, to be held in Conversano (Italy - Puglia, far 30km south to Bari) from 15 to 18 September 2016. The 12th edition of festival Lectorinfabula is organized by Fondazione Giuseppe Di Vagno in cooperation with European Commission in Italy, Ministry of cultural heritage and the european network of cultural journals Eurozine and others partners.
More than 100 editors, writers, journalists, politics and intellectuals from Italy and Europe's leading cultural journals will participate in the event. The programme includes readings, debates and workshops as well as an exhibition about satirical arts in Europe.
In this edition under the heading "Guarda il mondo dove va" we'll put the questions, in particular, on what concerns of contemporary society and, above all, on the increasingly connected issues between demography and democracy, especially respect projections and outlook, regarding Europe. Geopolitics, religions and cultures, finance and banking, the rise of new economy and fall of welfare state, the world changes. And so on, health and environment, drug mafias and terrorism, but also research, new technologies and universal languages between globalization, interculturalism and cosmopolitanism.

The Great European Disaster comes to Geneva!
Join us for the first screening of The Great European Disaster in Switzerland, on October 5th 2016 at the Auditorium Pictet of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID), Geneva.
The movie will be followed by a discussion on the future of the European Union, moderated by Bill Emmott, Executive Producer of the movie and former editor-in-chief of the Economist, among the founders of the Wake Up Europe Foundation.

La proiezione del film sarà l'ultimo incontro del ciclo di seminari sull'Europa valido come tirocinio per gli studenti di Lettere e Filosofia. Il titolo della giornata sarà "Proiezione del film The Great Europea Disaster: quale futuro attende ai cittadini europei?".
Dopo il film ci sarà un dibattito conclusivo non solo riguardo al film ma riguardo anche a tutto il percorso fatto (11 lezioni e 8 incontri seminariali sul tema, analizzato da un punto di vista storico filosofico e politico).
La proiezione non è riservata ai soli tirocinanti ma bensì a tutti quelli che vi vogliono partecipare
